In the form below:

• Use the first drop-down box to indicate the # of adults in your household or that will be sharing the share.

• Every adult in a household must be a member of the farm regardless of their affection for vegetables or the farm.

• Be sure to list the first and last names of each adult in the appropriate prompt in the form.

• Once you’ve completed all the prompts, click “NEXT” to provide your payment information.

All payments are completed through Stripe, a secure third-party online payment platform.
