SEPTEMBER — WINTER CSA

Make “CSA Winter Signup” page appear in navigation

  1. Find "CSA Winter Signup” under NOT LINKED section in the page editing dashboard
  2. Edit buttons at the bottom of the page. Make them reflect the upcoming year’s CSA signup and update the signup form
  3. In the editing dashboard sidebar, drag “CSA Winter Signup” from the NOT LINKED section and place it under the CSA navigation section

Update Winter CSA purchasing option

  1. Find “Summer & Winter CSA Signup Options” under NOT LINKED section in the page editing dashboard sidebar
  2. Unhide the “Winter CSA Share” purchase option by double-clicking on the option, then scrolling down to where it says “Hidden” and clicking, and changing the purchasing option to “Visible". In the future, this can also be scheduled to appear and disappear on designated dates of your choosing
  3. Edit any of the wording necessary in the item description

 

SEPTEMBER/OCTOBER — WINTER CSA

Hide “Winter CSA Share” option when sold out of memberships

  1. Find “Summer & Winter CSA Signup Options” under NOT LINKED section in the page editing dashboard sidebar
  2. Hide the “Winter CSA Share” purchase option by double-clicking on the option, then scrolling down to where it says “Visible” and clicking, and changing the purchasing option to “Hidden". In the future, this can also be scheduled to appear and disappear on designated dates of your choosing

 

SEPTEMBER — SUMMER CSA

Upload an updated Membership Form

  1. Go to edit the “CSA Summer Signup” page
  2. Scroll over the “Download Form” button and click “Edit”
  3. Under “Clickthrough URL”, click the trash can to remove last season’s form
  4. Click “Click to add URL”, then “Files”, then “New File”, then “Add a File”
  5. Find the file you want to upload and click “Open”
  6. Once uploaded, choose that file and click “Apply” to link the button to that file

 

Update “CSA Summer Signup” page to reflect next year’s info

  1. Edit buttons at the bottom of the page. In the button under “Pay Online”, change the year. In the button under “Pay By Check”, update the linked form with the upcoming season’s updated form

 

Update new Membership Form on each payment option page

  1. Go to edit the "Summer & Winter CSA Options" page
  2. Double-click on the icon for "One Free-Choice Bag for One Adult"
  3. At the top of the pop-up box, click on "Additional Info"
  4. Scroll down to the "Application Form & Check Payment" button, roll over the button, and click "Edit"
  5. Under "Clickthrough URL", last season's payment form should be there. Click the trash can to delete this form
  6. Click on "Click to add URL", then click "Files", then "Existing File", and select the new membership form, then click "Apply"
  7. Click "Save" in the popup screen to save the change
  8. Repeat these steps for all of the other Summer CSA purchasing options

 

Share “CSA Summer Signup” page exclusively with current members

  1. Keep the “CSA Summer Signup” page under the NOT LINKED section in the page editing dashboard sidebar. If it was not moved there when membership filled up, drag it from the TOP NAVIGATION section to the NOT LINKED section
  2. Ensure that all links to the “CSA Summer Signup” page on the website have been removed or deactivated. There are buttons on the Landing Page (Home Page), “CSA Information” page, and the “CSA Affordability” page
  3. Obtain link to share with members by scrolling over the “CSA Summer Signup” option in the page editing dashboard and clicking on the settings cog that appears on the right. Scroll down and you will find the “URL slug." You can change this here if you like, or just copy that URL slug, adding in front of it caretakerfarm.org, and share it with current members. Keep in mind that if you change the slug, you’ll have to update all buttons throughout the website that link to that page. However, you may wish to change the slug to reflect the year of the upcoming season, so that the link is unique each September when you are reenrolling existing members

 

NOVEMBER — SUMMER CSA

When shares open up to the public, update language and buttons on Landing Page

  1.  Change language in main text to say, “We currently have openings for our (YEAR) Summer CSA”
  2.  Change language on the button to say, “Sign up for a (YEAR) Summer CSA Share”
  3.  To link the button to the share purchasing options, click on “Click to add URL”, then click on “Content”, and choose “CSA Summer Signup”. Then click “Apply”
  4. Click “Save” in the top left corner of the screen to save all changes to the page

 

Activate “CSA Summer Signup” page for new members to enroll

  1. Find "CSA Summer Signup” under NOT LINKED section in the page editing dashboard sidebar
  2. Drag “CSA Summer Signup” from the NOT LINKED section to the TOP NAVIGATION section in the page editing dashboard sidebar

 

Update language and buttons on other pages

  1. On the “CSA Information” page, update the button to say, “Sign up for a (YEAR) Summer CSA Share”, and link the button to the share purchasing options by clicking on “Click to add URL”, then click on “Content”, and choose “CSA Summer Signup”. Then click “Apply”
  2. On the “CSA Affordability” page, update the button at the bottom of the page to say “Application form and check payment”, and remove the link to the signup form by clicking on “Click to add URL”, clicking ”Files”, clicking “Existing File”, and choosing the most recent membership form. Then click “Apply”


 

MAY/JUNE/JULY — SUMMER CSA

When shares sell out, update language and buttons on Landing Page

  1. Change language in main text to say, “We no longer have openings for our Summer (YEAR) CSA”
  2. Change language on the button to say, “Check back here in November for Summer (YEAR) CSA Share availability”
  3. To remove the button’s link, click on the trash can next to the “Clickthrough URL”, then click “Apply”

 

Remove “CSA Summer Signup” page from the navigation bar

  1. Find "CSA Summer Signup” under TOP NAVIGATION section in the page editing dashboard sidebar
  2. Drag “CSA Summer Signup” from the TOP NAVIGATION section to the NOT LINKED section in the page editing dashboard sidebar

 

Update language and buttons on other pages

  1. On the “CSA Information” page, update the button to say, “Check back here in November for Summer (YEAR) CSA Share availability”, and remove the link by clicking on the trash can under “Clickthrough URL”. Then click “Apply”
  2. On the “CSA Affordability” page, update the button at the bottom of the page to say “Check back here in November to download the Summer 2018 application form”, and remove the link by clicking on the trash can under “Clickthrough URL”. Then click “Apply”

If you are interested in becoming a working share member, please download the signup form and pay by check.”
-Adding in the Working Share Membership description on the CSA Signup Page: “If you are interested in becoming a working share member, please download the signup form and pay by check.”
